A boxer is an individual who manipulates return labels to reroute packages to incorrect addresses in FTID fraud schemes. By doing so, boxers assist fraudsters in exploiting return policies and evading detection. They typically work for boxing services or are employed by larger refunding services to manage label manipulation in-house.
