Social Engineering

Social engineering involves using deceptive tactics to manipulate individuals into revealing confidential information or performing certain actions. In FTID fraud, it is employed to persuade customer service representatives at stores with manual refund processing to accept fake return claims, while in Item Not Received (INR) fraud, it convinces customer service that a package or its contents were not received.
