Virtual Credit Card (VCC)

A virtual credit card generates a temporary card number linked to a physical credit card account, providing added security by masking the real card number. It is commonly used by fraudsters as new cards can be easily generated and closed after a refund is received, making it impossible for the retailer to rebill the fraudster.
